Perfume Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of perfumes that have been opened, used, or whose security seal has been removed, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Damaged Products or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or one that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the product and the packaging so that we can review the case.
Cancellations
Orders may begin processing shortly after purchase. Therefore, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order that has already been processed or shipped can be canceled.
Refunds
When a refund is due under applicable law, we will inform you of the procedure and the estimated processing time.
